So basically, new method of stealing from people… put little people inside of duffel bags, put the duffel bags underneath bus tours. when they close the bottom part where the luggage is and the tour is on the road, the little people get out and they go into other people's luggage and steal stuff, then they close up the bags and get back into their own and its all good.
